Theres something wrong with this sentence though...you used "taurus" and "McIntosh" in the same sentence...maybe that cap will shock some sence into youOnYrMrk wrote:I was working on my Taurus with the McIntosh system, and we had a Brax cap on it. Well I was taking the brax cap out of the system and I forgot to discharge it.
Truth be known, I don't remember what happened next, I just remember being on the ground with a tingling in my hands and my head hurting.
Those things have quite a kick I guess.

I was manager of a Shop here in OKC called Traffic Jams. We were the only McIntosh dealer in Oklahoma and top seller for 4 surrounding states.
McIntosh recognised this and outfitted my 1994 Ford Taurus SHO 5-speed with all McIntosh equipment including a MC4000M 6 channel 1000w amplifier. This was back in 1995 and it was a hoot to drive. dual McIntosh 12's, McIntosh mono amp for them and the front was custom, with 4" McIntosh Home audio speakers, their soft dome tweeter and some 7" midbass units. That was powered by the MC4000M. Dual EQT's and a MX5000 (with umbilical d/a converter dual burr brown 20bit) with the MCD5000 12 disk cd changer. it was bad to the bone!
