Will they ever stop coming

Post by JeremyC »

I got back from a TDY yesterday, and decided to hook my computer up and check my email.

For some reason I looked up, and noticed the window (threw the curtain) was spotted black in some areas. So I move the curtain and covering my window is about 100 termites.

SOAB.

So I grab the raid, and let them have it.

Couple hours later I walk into the office, and there they are again.

Let them have it with the raid again.

So this morning I grab the silicone from the garage, and do my best to seal up the area they are getting into the house. Then I clean up the 200+ that are on the floor.

Yet they are still coming. Hell I have killed 10 in the time it took me to write this post.

Man I'm glad tomorrow is monday so I can talk to my landlord. All I know is he better not dick around before he does something. This shit is annoying.

Wow many thats bad.

I had a ant problem a few years back. The little tiny ones. They kept coming up from my mop boards. They would go from the living room all the way to the kitchen, get some spilled salt/spices etc from my cupboard and haul it back... lol

Yeah, the landlord had better get to it quick or you won't have a place left.

I've got an ant problem myself. I kill several every morning and throughout the day. Got at least 50 this morning. I can't figure out where they're coming from, and they're only on the second floor. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to where they gather or where they come from ... they just show up. Bastards.

For ants those small plastic traps work wonders. They take the bait from it back to their nest so it kills the whole colony. And they are half as cheap as sprays

i dont have a termite problem, but we did have a ant problem, and i mean i could leave a glass of tea out over night, and it would be covered in ants. and they would be in the bathroom, most of the rooms..etc.. well my mom bought some stuff called Rid-A-Bug.. comes in a spray bottle, she sprayed it around the house, and took out the covers that cover up the underneath the house where all the piping and crap is, and spray all under the floors the best she could, and along the corners of the rooms..etc.. NEXT DAY... no ants, no nothing.. ive left a couple glasses out purposely. and candy wrappers and havent seen a Single ant anywhere! although, i dont know if they would help treat your problem with termites, its worth a shot though!
