I just bought my first house and would like to get a shotgun. Anything in particular you guys recommend? I'd like to keep it under $500, if you can get a decent one for that.

Under $200 I would definately go Mossberg, but like $200 and up, I'd go Remington. I'm really happy with my 870 super mag. It is real reliable.

feeding issues is usually the mag or the loader not the gun.

Yea dude ive put a grand or so through my gun maybe its finally just loosening up. but for price vs preformance id have to go with mossburg.
