Hefe is my favorite. I think Moniger (sp?) was the brand I drank most. It's been a long time. I was 19, 20 and 21 when I was in Germany. :)

Count me in too... looks like you'd better be making some nice big batches... I'll probably send ya the shipping for one of each (lil 4-6 pack pending how many you make) as I love to try home brews
One of my buddies is just starting to get into this now... it'll be another 2 weeks till his first batch is done.

what i think I'll end up doing is sending a 6 pack of what i have by the time I am ready to do it. I usually make 5 Gallon batches... but I have made 10 gallon ones before.
I think i will be able to send out a 6 pack... I dont know about a whole case though... Thats a lot of beer... lol Its kinda a way of me just showing my appriciation for the guys that have been here a while and appriciate a good brew
Some beers arent for everyone... For instance, when i brewed my IPA... so many ppl hated that beer. I got ppl saying it was too Bitter... Welll hmm duh its an IPA! It was mighty tastey after aging 2 months

When I buy beer I try to get something I've never had before. Lately I've been getting the beer that comes in 1 big bottle. A few weeks back I had one called "Fin du Mor" that was triple fermented and like 12% abv.
I live in Milwaukee, and there are several micro brewery's here that have bar's/restaraunts - I really like getting those beers. I had a winter porter that was really last weekend.
