real watts any one benched one of them,there rated at 12.5 volts so its gotta do some pretty good numbers,and how well they hold up.ive read they aree good and then they fail repeatedly,the ppl that have them or have used them give me some feedback,im not a noob just like to spend my money well

WRMS = Amps (max draw(fuse sizes)) x Voltage

wrms = 130 x 13.8

wrms = 1794

Efficency = 64%

1794 x .64 = 1148

Thats the RMS. Thats also per eD specs pulled from their page. Since the fuses dont blow right away, it may be possible to get a bit more power but its very brief.

very very correct. s=i would say after impedance rise and in a daily box on a daily electrical system you would see around 800 watts.

What he's saying is that without beefing up your electrical system, considring the impedence curve of the driver, and that you're playing music rather then burping a single frequency, you're probaby only going to use about 800 watts of the potentially available 1148.

They were benched to do about 1400 or so on 14.4 volts though.

sure, benched with a programmed input signal not music. You going to drive around and listen to a 1k test tone cranked as loud as it goes? I doubt it.

Given the specs and fuses its impossible unless they were measuring output before fuses blew, or replaced the fuses with larger.

The laws of electric are set, there is no getting around it.
