quick/easy divorce?

so it may be a contradiction, but is there one? we have been married a little over a year, so no anulment(sp?) there.. she told me i should pay for the divorce, she said anywhere from $600-$800, and i told her she would be waiting a LOOOOOOONG time before i even thought about getting the money for that.. is there like.. a way we can just sign some papers and be done with it? instead of going through the whole court/lawyer thing..etc.. because its kind of retarded to have to do all that just to split up.

there is a place here called By The People or something like that it may be called For The People but anyway for like 90 bucks they gave my wife everything she needed to get divorced from her first husband, talked her through it and helped fill everything out, all the had on top of that was filing fees with the county and stuff. whereas my divorce which involved property and children and an ass ton of bills took almost 3 years and cost thousands hers was all told a couple hundred bucks and took a few months.
