yeah im finalllllllllyyy getting back to finishing my doors to put those focals in... anyways i went up to lowes and they only had 3/4" mdf wood. i remember getting reccomendations for 1/2" mdf for the ring trims... anyways they had some plywood and a few other kinds of wood in 1/2". ...

lol i am def nervous / scared but ill let you guys know how this works out.. also when im making this baffle should i even bother making any more than a flat piece? like should i make a little mini box for the speaker, or just a flat piece for mounting purposes? ive seen some of those premade baffle...

so i would just screw the wood onto the front of the door.. er like the speaker location? trim the plastic at the current stock location thats in the way and then screw the wood to the door / speaker to the wood??? im sorry im a complete audio rookie but this is really cool
