the 7 speakers came with the car. They have lots of power from the HU. I only need power to the trunk. will an 1000 watt amp do? 4 channel. 2 to one sub and other two to speakers. Should be over enogh juice right. 500 to sub 500 between the 2 6 by 9's.

I am totally new to amps, subs and watever else and I just bought a 12" 400 watt Audiobahn sub which is RMS i think which is 800 watt max power and (2) 380 watt pioneer 6 by 9's how big of an amp do I need to get nice power. I think I need a 4 channel.
