Yeah, it sucked... The box sounded really good and got loud for only having 2 cheap 12's and 600 watts...

The Type R's on 1200watts should sing real nice... 1200 to 1600 isn't going to be a noticeable difference by ear and on the meter probably only going to show a half dB gain (if that)... Plus with Bill helping you on the design I'm sure you'll get a lil more than your standard vented box.
