Definately start checkin sensors... especially since you said that you were off roading with it the other day... you may have loosened something up enough to have finally broke loose or become disconnected.

Don't forget to check sensors too.

distributor? ignition control module? and also, you could go ahead and replace the fuel filter, dunno about on yours, but for my truck they are only like $10..

here is something i found for my trucks transmission, its a common problem, although may not even have anything in common with a Honda, i dunno.:

1-2 Shift shudder at WOT; delayed or abnormal 1-2 shift; There's a problem ONLY on the 1-2 shift: 1-2 accumulator piston cracked or stuck cocked in the bore. Check the yellow spring inside the accum housing for breakage. Also, if the accumulator housing walls are scored, the housing must be replaced. Easy fix in the pan.

starter works it just wont start turns over just never starts

Could one of the starter wires be loose or could be the pinion jammed (try hitting it with a hammer... not hard just a couple good smacks to see if it breaks loose and then starts).
Could also be the solenoid went bad.

yep it wont start idk it was fine i was thinking the main relay could be bad but it does all 3 clicks im not sure what else to check i dont think its the clutch being gone now its something terribly simple im sure.

i think he is getting at it won't start anymore. Check your crank sensor is what i would try, i don't know much about honda's specifically but i know about cars. A lot of problems can be caused by that stupid crank/cam sensor
