Well the new replacement model for the RF Punch 201s (the P450.2) is listed at $239.99 on Crutchfield (and we all know that they're not always the cheapest)... So it's looking more and more like a really good paperweight in my opinion.

It looks like a Punch 201s, is it worth fixing, or just trash it.

If the model # isn't directly on the top of the amp, then it should be stamped somewhere with the serial # on the bottom.

Need to find out what the model # is, and what the cost of a replacement would be.

If you take it somewhere to get fixed, you'll get charged a bench fee of at lest $25, that is just for they will look at it.

Plus parts
Plus Labor.

If it's a lower line amp (less then a $200), then most likely you'll be better off just getting a new one.

It was just the grammar, hard to comprehend without punctuation.

Anyways, the amp is a Rockford Fosgate 2 channel amp. I don't see a model # on it. All it says is 600 watts on it. Where should I take it, like Best Buy or a car audio shop? All this amp does is power one 10" sub. Should I just toss it and look for one on ebay?

send it to db-r.com solve all the problems %90 of all repairs are under $100, of that $90 most are under $60 , well worth the price and they do it the correct way....
