Well I am set to go to a Cardiologist for a stress test and echo-cardiogram. So I guess it isn't over yet. My blood pressure was a bit high and that is why my doc wants the stresstest. I guess we get to rule out somethings and possibly address some other things. I am in good spirits. I still get to go to the USAC finals with Joey so life isn't so bad. Thanks for the well wishes guys.

I actually had similar symptoms once.. After my Mom and GF hounding me I finally went to the ER to have some moron look me in the eye and (without doing any tests mind you) tell me I was too young to have heart problems... I then went to my family doctor and he did an xray and found out I had gastridous (don't know how to spell it so I sounded it out :P ) anyway he gave me a prescription and the next day I stopped having the problems and haven't had them since.

two words: Start Walking ;)

It's great cardio and gets your medabolic rate up.
Start slow.. like around the block after meals and then start going a lil further each time.
I've had a heart attack and they really suck :(
Mine wasn't even do to being overweight or even smoking... It was stress related... so that's another thing, try not to get too worked up over lil shit :)

well here is the deal you can still strength train but do it in a cardio type circuit... you can do high repetition low weight minimal recovery time workouts... I lost 30lbs in 8 weeks and packed on about 15-20 in muscle easily...
Right now im doing the opposite... im a body builder as well.. Im stacking lots of protein with creatine and putting lots of weight on and later i will be doing lots of cardio to tighten and get lean and mean... its all dependent on what results you want.

Looks like today I go to my regular physician..again...to talk about my health. I know this guy and he isn't worried about anything. So I will probably not have to take that stress test after all. At least I hope I won't have to

well my neighbor is a body builder and has been hounding me to work out with him. Well he came over when I was at the hospital and my son told him what happened. Now he is driven to get me to the gym with him. I think I would rather do some cardio and get into shape before I start lifting. Either way, today is a new day.
