I got pulled over on the highway once in my brothers car... this one i'm sure i should have gone to jail for... 125 in a 65... yea i know dumb ass... definitely not my finest moment in life... But ill tell you something... its a good thing my dad is a Mason... its just so happened that he knew my dad or knew of my dad from lodge meetings and what not and was a fellow brother... he let me off with a verbal warning and left me with the classic masonic saying... that of course i didn't know

I actually got a ticket about three months ago... I drive an 05 Kia Sorento 4x4 and the wife and I decided to go to Ft.Wayne one night and take her Tiburon which I very rarely drive... I got popped doing I think 60 in a 45. The cop was really cool and I explained to him that I didn't even think I was speeding because the cars drive so differently (He knew I wasn't lying when he saw the fuzz buster on the window and I didn't slam on the brakes) but he said that the state had him out there because of some special thing they were doing and that anyone that got pulled over got an automatic ticket no matter what their excuse... He actually apologized for giving me a ticket.

I drive all highway on the way to work and I'm the type of guy who leaves the house and sets the cruice controle to 60 and cranks the stereo. I don't like to speed, I don't like people who are always late because I don't think it's right to endanger other people so you can sleep in a little. I don't speed on the way to work and I'm one of the first one's there. I say leave earlier and you don't have to worry about being late.

my first ticket was a nice one.....improper start, driving in the wrong lane, speeding, running a stop sign, failure to use signals....he saw the whole thing from behind a strip mall that backed up to the road i was on.....then i was running late going to traffic school for that one and got pulled over doing 77 in a 35..........i know im gonna take hell for this but i am not a slow driver, at least on trips of any kind, for the most part i stay within 10 miles of the speed limit but on the way to meca finals this past sunday, at points i was running almost 100 and not really blowing past traffic, those guys down in louisvill area haul balls, if your not running 85 or 90 your in the way down there......

well boys i got a speeding ticket for 76 in a 55 it was actually 50 but i was nice and courtious and when the cop got to the door and asked me if i knew y he pulled me over i said yea i was going way to fast. i was in the middle of no where but it doesnt matter i was still breaking the law and deserved the ticket. i dont speeed like that anymore. i still speed but not that fast. on the way home from mikes i had to do 80 on our turnpike because people were closing in on me and swerveing around the hole trip back! people are nuts. o and then some punk kid desides to pull in between me and the minivan in front of me which barely could fit a pinto. i had to slam on my breaks to avoid killing the dumb bastards. i passed on the right and drove past and they got right on my ass till i got off. u dont know how bad i wanted to drop the bb's from my hand. but the gf convinced me it wasnt worth it.

I got into an accident once for falling asleep at the wheel. That taught me to make sure I pay attention at the wheel.
Then, I got pulled me over for being out of inspection. The cop wasn't a very nice guy and ended up giving me like 5 tickets. The only one I should have gotten was the out of inspection. He gave me like no seatbelt because I had to take it off to get the stuff out of my glove compartment (I'm 5'5" and I was driving a '77 Blazer...)
I got a lawyer and they dropped all of it except the inspection. My lawyer also told me the guy would have given his mother a ticket, so he was a real jerk. I found out later that they terminated his contract :)
I guess what comes around goes around.
Anyway, I've learned my lesson. There are constantly accidents around this area, so hearing the weekly deaths from people getting in accidents made me pay attention a lot more and make sure I don't speed. The only time I speed is on Interstate 78 when it's bumper to bumper and everyone's doing 70, just to stay with the pack and not get myself killed.

My kick on this one is I use to drive very fast till the day it almost killed me.....128 miles an hour my dumass buddy thought it would be funny to yank the wheel a little...Well little did he know at that rate of speed it only takes very vert little to do so much....Well long story short spun out and ended up hanging off a cliff of a 100 and sum odd foot drop off....Exactly 0 feet from distruction....I could get out of my door and fall of the cliff....Whats stop us was my back axel dug into to California cub"3-5 inch curbcurb"...And stopped us....To the younger generation out there slow the hell down life is too damn short....
