Thanks for your reply. Sorry too complicated for me. I was looking for a step by step explanation. As mentioned, I do not fine the manual that helpful. bmck88

CA outputs aren't meant to power speakers, they are meant to provide a low level signal to an amp. In regards to the bluetooth, verify you have any phone side EQs or application EQs set off and the phone volume up. Also consult your radios owners manual and verify that you don't have any volume offsets set for different sources.

[size=167]Just purchased a Kenwood DPX504BT. The dealer helped pair my cellphone with the new car radio. However, I want to add a 2nd phone to be paired. The manual lists instructions for pairing the 1st phone . The manual stated "when pairing a phone the 1st time" but seemed
lacking in detail what to do if adding a 2nd phone. Hoping for a step by step procedure or
even a video. The radio has numerous features and options.
A bit overwhelming for a novice.
