Did you have enough time to get somewhere safe?
The crazy thing was that the storm moved through and produced a tornado so fast it touched down before the sirens even went off. Luckily the wind woke up my wife and she ran down to the basement where I was. I can't believe we don't have any roof damage because a lot of people do. They say it was a category F2 with 135 mph winds. I called in the claim to our homeowner's for the fence but I guess the trees aren't covered so we'll have to replace those ourself. Maybe I'll get a decent fence out of the deal at least. Not the way I wanted to spend my weekend cutting and hauling branches, but we are really fortunate that we are safe and our house is okay. I'll post some pictures after I upload them to photobucket.
In our backyard
Up-rooted apple tree
Maple branch down
Fence blown out
Gazebo LOL!!
And now the real destruction All pictures taken from my backyard, these hit the street behind us...
