That is too damn funny. Lemme cash in my savings account for a pair of speaker cables. Oh...you wanted to run 4 speakers? Better pull out that AmEx card. Oh...you want Pear Anjou wires from the crossover to the tweeters too? Better tap into the college fund! The only thing i can really think of that weould make a difference is the shielding.. being able to block out EMI and RFI.

theres probably $7249 in profit one that cable.

Cables aren't like amps or speakers where you need better technology to get better results. You're just running electricity across copper to transmit a signal. There are a couple specific things that can affect the sound, but with the frequency band that we're running across it (20hz-20Khz) and the relatively short runs of it that we use, most characteristics, if not all, are a moot point. The key there is a solid physical termination (RCA jack soldered/clamped on correctly).

If you're interested, I can send you thread on the characteristics that affect cables.

Really... you get to a point, and I don't think you can even tell any difference anymore. It's only what the tests can pick up, not even the ears.
