24" Vs 15" = Louder?

Post by Munki »

Ok i have a question. which would be louder.....2x 12" Kicker comps or a single FI SSD 15". wattage the FI has it hands down but wattage means nothing.....I think i want it to move more air so 2x 12" would move more air therefore = LOUDER?

Sensitivity, efficiency, box and power compression will all need to be taken into account (plus environment variables).

first of all, its incorrect say 24'' vs 15'', think back to school, Pi x Radius squared
2x12 = 711 sq in
1x15 = 555 sq in
