I just had to let everyone know how very much I appreciate Mr. Wallis as he nearly saved my Mothers life and even went the extra mile.

My mother was stuck in Stillwater while driving through from Rockford, IL. to Albuquerque, NM where she is moving... The motor on her car blew :help: and she calls me up wanting me to see if there is a bus or train out of Stillwater to New Mexico... No Luck. The nearest bus was in Oklahoma City.
So what do I think of but my buddy Joe... I call asking for a HUGE favor, could he please go pick up my mother and just get her to a hotel in Oklahoma City so she can catch the bus today (Monday).
Joe and his wife being the awesome friends that they are not only went and picked her up, but put her up in their own home for the night and are making sure she gets to the bus station.

Words do not show justice to the Wallis family and I thank God for people like them still on this earth :bow
If Joe ever needs anything from anyone... Please Lord help this man through anything and situation :happy055:

It is people like this that will restore your faith in the human kindness.
I like to read stories like this, cause it shows that there are still people who care in the world.

Tell him thanks from me too.

Thats awesome Joe is a cool and gracious guy!

But i think we should make a shirt with your two faces on it that says "Friends for ever" hehe

This is a reaffirmation that there are some really great people out there in a world where everyone focuses on the negative... Kudo's to him..

Yeah I called Joe a few weeks ago needing some advice. I was having a pretty crappy day, and something told me I should call him.

Keep in mind I have only talked to Joe 3 times on the phone. We have never met in person, and we met threw this board.

Yet he talked to me for almost an hour, and helped more than he will ever know.

Joe is awesome.

I heard that Joe once saved 3 kittens from a burning tree during a tornado while dodging the lightning. Yea, Joe is an awesome guy.
