Does anyone know about this amp? Specifically if there is an older version of it?

The website for DLS says the amp is stable to 1 ohm and is 1200 wrms at this load.

The manual that came in the box for mine (it was used) says the amp is stable to 1,33 ohms.

Can you elaborate on this? I really want to know if its 1 ohm stable or not, the website and the manual I got with mine don't match.

Another question I have is, one of the fins is bent, how hard would it be to bend it back without breaking it?

you wont bend it back. and im a tooling guy i know metals.

it has 4 35amp fuses 4 x 35 = 140 total amps

amps 140 x voltage 13.8 = 1932 watts estimated 70% efficency so 1932 x .7 = 1352w

at least i know not even to mess with it.

thanks, i've really got to start remembering that one. i forgot all the electrical formulas i learned in college. some of my required classes were Electrial Engineering, but as a comp sci major i quickly forgot.

So why does the website say its 1ohm stable and my manual says 1,33 ohm stable? I can't find anything about an older version of it. It looks just like all the pictures I see.

not sure. but im sure it would be fine at 1 if its stable at 1.33 your impedance rise will come up enought anyways

In the manual it does talk about having two dual 4ohm voice coil subs.
The amp has a fan, and an external fan control and I plan on having it in a false floor with a couple of fans ventilating the amp compartment.
