Ya mike everyone that has a rental thinks its worth $400+ a month, even in the hood.
If it resorts to that I can just pay another $100-150 a month for a nice place out in perrysburg.
Heck Im even considering them trailer deals, lease to own, rent, etc. I could be your neighbor...lol

I know here I have never paid under 700 for a place, I'm lucky now to get a 3bedroom town home for 710 a month. Good Luck Ryan with that!

Yeah I even called up by buddy Adam for ya and the cheapest apartment he has available right now is $425 a month.
So did ya make it over to the trailer park? Yeah there's been some bad stories about across the street, but it ain't that bad... Park right next door and a playground for the kids and they allow pets. One of my buddies has a place over there with his g/f and they like it.

you need to move down here.. $350 is easy to come by, even for a house.

Ya I went to the park.
She has it advertised as a "modular home" Well here "It is a modular in a trailor park. It is very nice."
Well first off its not a modular home, its a regular old trailer that has a small addition on it. Its old, its cruddy and I wouldnt use it for a dog house. lol.
I just wonder why she says its very nice. She must be comparing it to a shelter or cardboard box. I know my apartment is not the Ritz, but its far better than that place. lmao
