Gibsonburg Ohio.

Sometime August?

Hamburgs off the grill... Camping is reasonable (like $25ish per site), quarry is cheap ($3), clear and cold.

Anyone interested?

Gibsonburg is located about 4 miles from the Ohio Turnpike. Take about 5-6 minutes to get there from Turnpike- 4 turns. Easy directions, etc.

Maybe between myself and a few others we could provide the burgers/dogs. I can get them cheap ;)

^Good question :happy055: ... Yeah, can he?

The only time I get to go shoot is when it's somebody elses guns... Kinda sucks when I grew up with my grandfather and shot my first hand gun when I was 5.

Trying to get an idea of people interested.

Then I will see about securing campsites and such.

It will be a fun Saturday night :)

Camping is $15 for a night unless you need water/electric then its $25 a night. I believe they have flush toilets and showers but can double check.

http://www.scpd-parks.org/whitestar.htm for more info on the park.

I will provide the grill and propane and some food. I fully welcome others to pitch in. Theres a local meat market here thats super reasonable and local grocery in Gibsonburg- so no issues getting grub.

As far as our audio. We must be weary as they have a noise ordinance inside the park and there is a ranger posted there at almost all times. Actually a few years ago the park board shot down a special use permit to us because of the "sound". Yet they yearly have a tractor show with loud steam and diesel tractors...

If there is enough interest I will pursue a permit. If just a few people (under 20) We can just wing it and have fun!
