I would get the MSI with the 512 of memory. In tests conducted by Maximum PC, they say that it is great and the performance one of the best out there for the price.

I'd check out the VGA charts on tomshardware ->
http://www23.tomshardware.com/graphics_2007.html
Its a little old at the moment, but It ranks the cards and you can see different benchmarks. Also, tomshardware has decent articles on different video cards.

Ya it appears they took that one I listed off the market sometime between my post and when you guys noticed it...lol
As far as my power supply I have no clue Bill. lol, I hope it will.

I know my processor is rated @ 125 Watts.
Unsure about my hard drive/fan total. I know the fans dont consume that much tho.
If the PSU wont work I will just get another.
I come to the conclusion just like my car audio, its better to save for what you really want instead of running something lesser. Just wasnt happy with that other card
Im gonna have to wait til next week or I get my RMA refund from new egg to get that one...

Good choice on the first card.
You'll know if your power supply isn't sufficient when it freezes up randomly or shuts off completely.
