Well I built a box for my cousin. He wanted a big box, therefor he got one.

7.6 cuft tuned to 35hz.... Its a common chamber, but braced up pretty good...

He wanted it to take up is back seat in his dakota, which it does...

I wasnt sure how it would sound being so big, but it don't sound bad with the type of music he listens to. Overall he's pretty happy with it, but I think the next box will be just a weee bit smaller.

Oh, and btw... Its for 2 12" kicker comp vrs.

that sound way too big for those subwoofers.

It is way to big, but thats what he wanted. The sound quality isnt that bad, plus it wangs pretty good. It actually sounds better than I expected. It would be the prefect size for a sealed sq box though, so port plugs are totally out of the question. He's happy with it, so I guess thats the important thing...
