i was just wondering, how good kicker amps are? i am wondering if the kicker KX450.2 2 Channel Amp will have my audiobahn flame q 1100 rms beating down good.
also i dont quite get the ohm deal. which is better lower or higher ohms.
thanks

The amp is rated a little lower than the subs and would prolly push them good in a ported box. U might want a little more power for sealed. But i wouldnt give those audiobahns all of the reccomended power. As for the whole "ohms" thing, generally on an amp, when u cut the ohms down from 4 to 2, it will increase power. Ohms is electrical resistance and the less there is the better. So u have to match the ohms of the subs to the ohms of the amp so u dont blow anything up.

edit: If you wired it so the amp is still in stereo mode running one channel to each voice coil. forgot the audiobahn had dual 4 ohm v.c.'s
