So I finally got my evaluation this morning, it was do in feb, but mine are always late.

Turns out my supervisor and peers had some good things to say about me.

I had a certain figure in my head that I wanted to be happy, and wouldnt you know it I got double that...

So with the new raise, and all the back pay.... Oh yeah, should have a REALLY nice check next week... Going to buy some new audio, probably some subs and components.

sounds like u got a lot better raise then me. .25 raise ftl.

Congrats. I work for a union, so we get raises based on time.

We get raises 2-3 times a year. Usually the average raise is right around a quarter... I ended up getting a 61 cent raise, which was the maxium I could get... My next raise is due in aug, after each raise the maxium goes up slighty...

At my morning job we only get a dime 3 times a year and you still have to pass a 20 question test (70% passing grade/ multiple choice).

what type of morning job do you do?
