Anybody ever heard of it?

They sent me a thing in the mail today for membership for $1 a month ($12 per year) and it is supposed to include a monthly publication and with my membership I get a free gift of a key chain and a cold/heat soldering gun...
I figure for $12 bucks, what the hell... the stupid lil cold/heat thing is worth that.
Just curious if anybody else got this mailer?

Hell, for 12 bucks might as well try it. You get magazines as well. Never can have to many selections in the throne room. BTW, like the new avatar Mike

I agree with never having enough selections on the throne, I feel like my selection never gets updated! Anyways 12 bucks for a soldering iron and monthly magazines, looks like a win win to me.

Yeah... why not, seems like it's not really much of a loss... probably just a newer company trying to get exposure to gearheads.
