"soundstorm" is a generic piece of crap knock-off of "Sountstream" which at least used to be a fairly high end product.
don't waste your money.
save up and buy a better amplifier. PPI, Orion, Directed, something that's a quality entry to mid level product

soundstorm is a decent amplifier for which i am a dealer. its not high end but its not noisy either and does a decent job espescially given the money. they also offer a 6 year warranty if installed by a dealer......

Although if you don't think Boss Audio is any good... then you won't think highly of Soundstorm either... as Soundstorm is owned and basically a cookie cutter of Boss Audio.
For really cheap power... they'll do, but I only recommend Soundstorm (or Boss Audio) to those individuals with no money and no regular income, as they are low end equipment.

oh definitely if you can afford better then you need to go for it, but ive built entire systems out of soundstorm that for the money had decent bass and ive found all the equipment to be reliable

Yeah... I'm still running Boss Audio in the Monte Carlo for just that reason, to prove that you can have decent sound for not a lot of money... It's not BIG Bass, but it's enough for a daily driver...
Hopefully will get started on the Stealth soon and it'll be much better equipment

Not exactly what I'd call a "high powered" amp as it will only do 800wrms @ 1 ohm if that, and I don't recommend pushing any of them to their limits as they do not have a build quality to withstand it... That's why they offer that extended warranty ONLY if installed by an authorized dealer (we dealers already know not to push the limits of these amps).
IMO I'd still recommend something better though.
