a 12 year old boy in PA is being accused of raping 4 younger classmates (1st graders). what the fuck is up with that? must be something in the water.

speaking of people who shoudl get life with no possibility of parole, the perv in missouri (i think?!) that kidnapped those 2 boys (and kept 1 for 4 years) is apparently being charged with like 69 counts of sodomy. holy crap.

Isn't there supposed to be something mentally wrong with that kid aside from the obvious? I am not condoning it, just asking. That is some f*d up stuff though. The worst is that the schoold covered it up. Now the parents of the kids are sueing for some big time money.

How does a 12 year old even know what sodomy is? There's gotta be some parental issues there.

Most the time I don't think parents should be held responsible for their childs actions, however I do think the child should be evaluated to see if the parents played a role in this behavior. It gets really gray at what age do the children start doing what they want and not listening to anyone. It use to be a decent age but if you look at statistics parenting has dropped significantly and kids are doing more and more violent crimes at even younger ages.

Society could be to blame for this. You never know, but no matter what the parents should be evaluated. Kids don't simply wake up and start doing things like this without some sort of outside influence.

i don't care who you blame, but if that kid gets out of jail he is GOING to do it again. look at michael delvin. he kiddnapped the first kid and after stretching him out he decided he wanted some younger, fresher ass.
