Good luck with that. Are you going to court to contest your ticket or what? If so make sure u stick with your story and above all dont contradict yourself.

well i must say thank-you for being a good example of a bad example, i can definitly say that i wont be cocky when i drive, i had no idea little things like that can add up and have your liscense taken away (from two4fifteen's post in original thread). Of course leadfoot isnt a problem in my car, ford escort w/ 100hp often creates the necessity to floor it just to get on the freeway.

As long as you have a lawyer, yea. You still might have to do a driver's class, but your lawyer should get that lowered a decent amount.
