Just like my car that car is a 69 Barracuda with a small block. Everthing but the wheels, mine will have wide tires on the front and even wider in the back, instead of the skinny in the front, also I may do the bumper differently. The grill and side stripe will be the same, but mine will say 360, because mine has a 360 in it. Also, my car doesnt' have that ugly rusted out master cylinder on it. BTW, the color is Prowler Orange. Enjoy I think it is pretty sweet car, and I'm leaning toward putting nitrous on my car too.

Yeah, I thought so too. There is a 65 or 66 Cuda in the background of that picture.

I'm building a 69 Super Bee right now in Lemon Twist yellow with the black tail band, and the A12 lift-off hood (fabbing that mod myself._ I'm still undecided about doing old school racing flames on the sides with an air brush though. It'll be similar to this:

Yeah, I like the pro touring look I think it can look very aggressive. Plus, it seems more stable for daily driving, then having skinnies up there. I really like the 69 Road Runners very nice looking cars. Also, it is funny that the 69 Cuda you showed had a 383 stripe, mine is supposed to be a 383 Formula S.

my collection of 1/24 scale numbers about 50 cars at present, mostly classics, and mostly mopars, and my 1/64 scale collection dates from present back to about 1970 and numbers in the hundreds of vehicles. I have crates of them, many collectable.

I figured you'd like that 'Cuda though.

Funny thing is I've never been much of a Mopar fan, but I always liked the Cuda's for some reason... So I think you've got some really nice looking plans and look forward to seeing the progress...
And yeah it was funny how good looking the one in the pic you showed with a rusted out master cylinder... haven't they ever heard of sandblasting and paint

Glasswolf, I was going to mention something about it looked like you might of had a good collection, but forgot. I would kind of like to start a collection like that too. Yeah, the car in the picture but the master cylinder sticks out like a sore thumb. The progress on the body and paint work will probably be awhile before it is completed. I plan to get the suspension, front and rear, and exhaust completed this year. Hopefully, I can get the engine dialed in for the most part, but will most likely take the car to the dyno spring of 2008, then it is on to the interior and exterior work starting the spring-fall of 2008. I hope to be done for the most part by 2010, thing like this your are never completely done.

That and any good project like this is worth taking your time and doing it right and get it how YOU want it

Yep, I have had the car since 1999, when I was 17. Nothing worth having is easy, and let me tell you Mopars cost a lot of money.
