Tuning and fiber fill

I'm a newbie and can someone tell me does fiberfill change port tuning? i want to put a TS-W3004SPL in a ported box the box size that will fit in my trunk is 1.3cu. and tuned to 32Hz I want to add fiberfill to make it 1.6-1.7 would this work?

Sounds like you dont want to add to much. Very lightly add some to the box. Keep it away from the port and so its not right on the back of the sub

I think I only need about .35 to .45lbs to get it where I want it
