New Job!!!!

Ok well, it isn't final yet, but....
I have been waiting on a job with a certain leading manufacturer of computers for a while now, and yesterday afternoon I got two job offerings from them. From two separate HR Reps. One is for a Network Operating System Analyst and the other is for a Technical Application Manager position (TAM).
The TAM is the one I have been holding out for since I thought it paid similar to what I am currently getting paid now, but I will be taking about a 10-12K drop in pay...although there is the opportunity of making back about 9 grand of that in bonus' each year.
The Analyst job pays the same, but the only way to move up in the company is to move to the company's Headquarters in Round Rock, Texas. Now some of you probably know what company I am talking about.
As a TAM, I can stay here in OKC and move up more rapidly and still be able to work from home if the need arises. That right there is a stress reliever in it's own right.
Needless to say, I am patiently awaiting the phone call from HR today to get set up for my Peer interview for next week. I had the phone interview last night, and my interviewer will eventually be my boss, she mentioned that if she had the power to do so, I would already be hired...so all I have to do is get past the Peer interview and I am in.
BTW, in case you didn't figure it out yet...this is with Dell.
