Hey everyone, happy new year. I am tired of my p.o.s. amp (it really sucks; I think it fried my mmats pro 12), it is time to upgrade. I have a DLS iridium 10, which is dual 4 ohms and 500wrms (edit - oh yeah, It is wired in series). My budget is about 100-200, and I have been looking into these amps:

kicker kx600.1
orion hcca-d600
eclipse xa1000
phoenix gold xenon 400.1
hifonics bxi606
jbl 600.1
jl audio e1400d (a little more costly, but if its worth it i will get it)

Sorry for such a big selection, I just want to get an amp that will match nicely to the sub. I'm pretty sure all of those have a subsonic filter and crossover. I am also up for other recommendations. Thanks and I look forward to your input.

All of those are solid amps. I feel they all have similar quality. I guess go by what fits the sub best and your wallet!!

EDIT: And if you still are having a hard time picking which one, go with the one that you think looks better/flows better with everything in your car.

i have the JBL 600.1 and a personal friend of mine does too.. and i run my basically all day, and have it up loud for a long period of time, it does not get hot.. it doesnt do anything it shouldnt do. its a really solid amp, and they are on Ebay quite a bit for a great price(usually under $200).. and that Kicker amp is a great amp also.. i cant really say much about the others.. look into the JL 500/1 also.
