Continuing With My Streak of Only Starting Sports Threads

I saw this on a Detroit Tigers message board I frequent and thought it was cool. Sports in America hold great memories for many sons spending time with their dads, people remembering back when they were kids playing whatever sport in their backyard, and to some people they literally depressed when their team is down or manic when their team is up. I am a huge sports fan primarily for U of Michigan and the Detroit Tigers, and I have a reason why I am a Tigers fan and cheer for teams in Michigan eventhough I am from Ohio. I am very happy that I got to go to some Tigers games in Comerica Park it had a great atmosphere. I only saw two games their and both ended with walk-off homeruns for Tigers victory. First one was in the first week of August Pudge Rodriguez hit one in the bottom of the ninth, and the second was when Ordonez hit one in the bottom of the ninth to sweep the ALCS, and go to the World Series. DVR'd both games and TV does not do justice to how loud that stadium was after those homeruns.
I have been fan since 1986 when I was 5, so that makes 20 years wow that makes me feel old. Back then at 3:00pm afternoon cartoons would come on, fox stations, for I would guess the afterschool crowd. I live in NW Ohio and get the toledo stations there would be times that WUPW Fox Toledo would cut out of the cartoons and show a Tigers game instead, finally after years of not having the Tigers on the picked up all the games their affiliate in Detroit had. Back then I would become mad, but then I started watching the games and now I am a Tigers fan for life.
