well it looks like some asshole decided they were giong to hit my blazer and not tell me about it.
nothing major... very minor scratches (they're very light, and white, so i'm hoping they can be removed without any paint/major body work?) and the tail light has a few cracks in it.. fucking assholes.
i'm parking in the back of every parking lot. from now on.

my best friend does that with his 72 Nova.. he will park far away from everyone else.. and i tell him "that isnt going to do much" and he says "yeah it will.. no one parks by here", well, so far nothing has happend BUT.. have you ever seen that commercial where that guy parks his car, and puts that cover on it, then a dump truck backs into it and smashes the hell out of it? well that can happen.. you go through all that trouble of protecting your ride, then someone hits it.. so doing that isnt Really going to prevent anything.. it may "better" your chances but thats about it.. ask to see the security tape from the store or something?

Parking FAR away promotes theft too
Its a lose lose situation man...
Park in the front and some SUV cell-phone packing momma is taking your car out park in the rear and some punk is taking your car/system.
I'm thinking about a baracade system unfortuntaly I have not been able to reduce its weight yet

I can see it now... push a button on the remote and cement pillars and electric fence with razor wire pops out from the car:P
Sorry to here about the damages... even if minor.
Try a soft plastic scratch pad to remove the paint and then buff out.

If my alternator wasn't so crappy I'd love to make the car have an electric field around it. I just have to figure out a way to make it to when the other vehicle bumps into mine instead of electrocuting the car (which is grounded therefore nothing would happen). it'd have to shock the person...

take a couple of those things for fences where if you touch them you get shocked... now modify those and hook them up to the body of your car (hopefully its metal)
it'd deffinitely be a shocker to theifs.
edit:
anyway, i got some of the scratches out by using mother's scratch remover.. going to try that stuff on my dad's focus and maybe on my saturn.
and ooh soon i'm going to add LEDs to the interior... yay. i've got 96 white LEDs 12-v ready.. by by ugly yellow domelights.

I'll always remember about 3 years ago, Christmas eve. Went to Costco after work to pick up a pie. I wanted to be in/out of there as fast as possible, park the Camaro, run in got the Pie and was walking back out within 15 minutes.
As I'm walking to the car, I notice something looks weird with the rear fender. As I get closer, I realized that somebody backed right into the car and left this huge dent in the side.
Oh that pissed me off!! I still need to get that fixed, just makes me so mad because the car had no major body problems until then. All because I wanted a Pie on Christmas!!!
GRRRRR

I think I can top you guys... at about 6:40 central time, I totalled my car... at least that is how it looks. I rear ended some poor guy. Yes, my fault, it was bound to happen at the interstate onramp I was on with that amount of traffic.
Sigh.
