check ebay, search for playstation 3
someone is trying to sell them at $9999, obviously it has no bids, but there are others that are just a few dollars shy of $3000 and PEOPLE ARE BIDDING ON THEM.
WTF! wait 2 weeks for the second shipment and get it for $15 more than store cost.

Ive seen them sell for over $2K already.
However Im not particularly to interested in caring, really.
When you have car audio as a hobby and a 6 year old, you dont have time for stinking games...

yeah.. i'm still debating whether i want to buy a nintendo wii on saturday or not... when you have car audio as a hobby, plus you're a broke college kid who works 40 hours a week and is trying to buy a new car, its kind of hard to have the budget/time for anything other than school and work.

I wouldnt bother.
$499-599 for that PS3 is idiotic, I dont give two shits what kind of DVD player is in it.
The Nintendo and Xbox360 are a bit more affordable, still a bit expensive though...

Yeah, x360 and the ps3 are just dumb, imo.. they have awesome graphics and all.. but what the hell do i care if the xbox can connect to my windows PC and play music and files... or that they can both play DVDs, CDs, MP3s, etc while surfing the internet and watching a DVD?
i have computers, tvs, dvd players, etc to do all that.. why woul di pay $700 for it?

my computer has just as good of graphics capabilities as the ps3 and xbox360, or near it at least. Plus, the way the graphics card market goes, a person could easily upgrade there graphics card to blow away a console for half the price. I'll stick with my computer if I want to play a game. If I did want to get one, I would get the nintendo, hear it will be a good console and that ALL the older nintendo games will be available for download.....not sure if that is true or not.

yeah you will be able to download alot of older games... as well as some from sega.
