I can't believe my luck....

Well tonight, I went to the emergency room yet again...this time for pain in my left arm coupled with chest pain and sweaty palms. After the EKG (came out perfect) and the heart monitor, the nasal canula and the IV, the fearless doctors have told me that it was a false alarm, but want me to have a stress test done asap!

Guess my fat ass has to lose some weight! Tonight was a fuggin eye opener for me. I still feel like shit, but thankfully, it isn't my heart causing the problem.

well my neighbor is a body builder and has been hounding me to work out with him. Well he came over when I was at the hospital and my son told him what happened. Now he is driven to get me to the gym with him. I think I would rather do some cardio and get into shape before I start lifting. Either way, today is a new day.

Looks like today I go to my regular physician..again...to talk about my health. I know this guy and he isn't worried about anything. So I will probably not have to take that stress test after all. At least I hope I won't have to

well here is the deal you can still strength train but do it in a cardio type circuit... you can do high repetition low weight minimal recovery time workouts... I lost 30lbs in 8 weeks and packed on about 15-20 in muscle easily...
Right now im doing the opposite... im a body builder as well.. Im stacking lots of protein with creatine and putting lots of weight on and later i will be doing lots of cardio to tighten and get lean and mean... its all dependent on what results you want.
