I have been a Tigers fan since around 1988 or so, as long as I can remember. I absolutely pumped that they won the 4th game in the ALCS, with a walk off home run even, to sweep the Oakland A's to go to the World Series.

:sm29:

Oh, yeah Michigan keeps winning too. I hope they are not ranked #2 until after next week, because the #2 team keeps getting knocked off and they have Iowa to play, which will be the last game to worry about until Nov. 18th.

I like seeing someone kill Florida's national championship hopes haha. I was hoping an SEC team would go undefeated this year, oh well though. Too much competition in the SEC, we don't get the pansy ass cakewalks that USC, West Virginia, and others have. We need a proper playoff system instead of the bullsh*t BCS.

Michigan looks strong, though.

i like the possible playoff system, but you would have to eliminate alot of the early season pansy games like they all have and finish out the conference games by 10 games or so. Then they could devote 2 or 3 games to a playoff system of some sort.

Well we were at the concert right across the street from the game!

Before they started, some guy in all tigers gear was keeping track of the game and announcing to the crowd. WIth a big "lets go tiger" cheer/trance going in the whole place...

Then they won, and a lot of claps/cheering was happening.

But it was nothing compared to what the crowd in the field did...

Seriously, you could hear it inside the building over everyone talking...

:surprised

I kind of know how that goes. I DVR'd a game I went to in Detroit, just to see if I would happen to be on camera. It was a game where Pudge hit a 2 run HR in the bottom of the 9th with 2 outs to win the game and you would not believe how loud the crowd was. Watched it on TV and it did not do it justice, must have been very loud last night.

Oh yeah, now somebody has to expose USC. If USC plays lets say OSU in the Nat. Championship they will get killed, I do not believe they are very good.
