Hello people, I'm not as savy as I was a few years ago when it comes to car audio.. Last time I checked, Lanzar was a great brand. My favorite one actually.. If you know audio, you cant deny the old DC series. Now it owned by some crappy company I hear? Anyhow, I decided to hook my car up. Took ou the stock HU and the cheap little Boston system I had in there for the last 2 1/2 years. 2 boston 12/s and some junk in the doors. Decided I was gonna retire my old Lanzar DC 2500 and get everything new. I'm working with a 02 BMW 330xi. I'm old school so I believe in the optima and the caps.. Battery already in the rear. Had a "proffesional" opinion regard the guage of the line from my Alternator to my batteries. Regardless I was talked into the 2 guage. had to drop my plans of the oddguage and work around this. So now that my new system is hooked up It's freaking wonderful except for this rumbling right when I start my car and right after I turn it off. Grounds are fine. I dremmeled the crap out of it. If my Fluke still works like it should than my voltage is fine. Having to use 0/1 d blocks for my 2 guage was my 1st thought but connections are connections and like I said my voltage is cool. Anybody ever seen this or heard of this before?

HU = AVIC N3 <--- installed by Quality auto sound!!
Fr = MB Quart PCE213 5.25
Rr = MB Quart PCE2 ?? something?? 6.5
Sub = Were suppose to be T112D2s but they were stolen along with my wonderful Lanzar amp cause I am a dumb brother in law and let him run em until my box was done.. Anyway, that's how I found out Lanzar aint crap anymore.. So I dont feel like paying 400 bucks for a sub until my insurance pays me back. In the meantime I'm kicking some Premier TSW3002. I'm actually suprised by the sound of these...
Amp = T10001bd & T4004

Anybody?? Help me out please!!!

You can get (or make) delayed turn ons so that it waits a couple seconds after the car is started to prevent turn on pops and whatnot. Although I'm not sure if that's your problem since I've never heard of rumbles instead of pops/clicks.

sounds like a turn on pop to me. i would get a turn on delay see if that helps there cheap 2. and those subs are pretty decent.

Gains on the amp aren't even half way. I wanted to make sure I could utilize the whole bass/freq knob... Freq is set right around 80hz on but the one thing that I'm not sure about is this phase. 0 or 160? What is it suppose to be?

0 or 180. The phase of the sound. Just leave it on 0.

leave phase and boost at zero.
