This will be the first box that I actually carpet. I bought some Super77 3M spray on adhesive. Now, is there a certain pattern you should use to box, or place to start from? Any tips or helpful hints are appreciated.

with this being your first, allow each side to dry before moving to the next, and make sure you have the application covered completely or it may wrinkle up later, be liberal with the adhesive, but don't saturate it either.
Kinda like paint...Too little= not enough coverage, Too much and you'll be cleaning it up or worse.
Hope this helps & Good Luck :)

P.S. Don't try and cut the holes first, not saying you will, but I've seen it done and it's bad.
& I always start from the bottom, but that's just me.

a few tips though:
take your time. when you go to cut something, look at it like 5 times to be sure it is going to look good. also get a pack of those 100 single edge razor blades, and use a new one if you think one is getting dull. the sharper the blade, the better the cut.
