I heard about this guy, and was going to post about it but forgot.
There is a cosumer protection website, where there are just 100's of stories. I'll have to see if I can find it.

How can they legally stay in business if there are reports on top of reports of this guy trying to rip people off? I don't understand it.

It's not just in one state either, it's every state this guy has a dealership.
