yeah man, screw that... Its been in the 100's here lately and I would die without having central air, I dont mind going out in the heat all that much, but I sure do mind coming in to it (thats why the thermostat is set to 68 and we have fans running) :happy055:

220 air5 requires less power than a 115 Volt... By half or so usually
So while the BIG AC costs a lot more, you will save it on your electric bill in the first year

I have studied that about solar power. Although it is expensive to purchase and install, it rapidly pays for itself.
