:help: I just recently purchased a 2 RE 12's for my 02 envoy. I was curious of what other people thought about what type of wiring i should use. Ive been told that knukoncepts and streetwirez is good. Does anybody have any suggestions?

go with knukoncepts... the wire guage depends on the power of the amp but 8ga is a good starting point to look @.

i have their 8gauge amp kit(for sale too!), very good stuff. has quite a bit of 8 gauge speaker wire with it, id go with KnuKonceptz though.

you'll need at least 4 gauge to power those two suckers, probably 2 or 0.

i think he just meant he has the RE series, if so then 8 gauge should be fine.

Based off the information given in full we can not help you.
We need specs of the equipment. Like Ohms, DVC/SVC, WRMS and such.
Telling us brands means nothing.
I sugguest that:
1) You do a lot of reading in our FAQ section;
2) Pay to have it installed for you and forget about it

the RE's take 150 rms(somewere around there) so youre pullin 300 rms if thats true go with some 8 gauge , i would recomend to go with 4 just in case you do any upgrades later(bigger amp, another amp for like speakers).
