Well guys,

Looks like, to my elation and otherwise happy thoughts ( :sm29: ), the powers that be in my company have put me through some training that severly limit my ability to just sit on my tush and type in meaningless drabble in the hopes that I might help someone on here or at least make them laugh...<inhale>

sorry

Actually I will be in training for the next 4 weeks or so and will have very limited access to the internet. So if I seem distant, well that is because I am at least 90 miles from the nearest platty. But if I seem absent, it is because I am in class.

I just look at it as job security.

I can be reached be PM since I will post whore after I get off work.

Thank you for looking.

Joe

Good luck. May God speed up time so classes go faster and you can come back to CAC. Or at least give you a time machine. Hey that'd be reusable too!

Training is always good. The more you have, the more you will be desired by your job.

My dad is consistently going to classes every year. It's not really his choice, but they help lots. (he's an airport fireman) Some years he makes 40-50k in overtime alone. ...but we still say, where'd the money go?! lol

lets see here, I will be taking a Solaris/SunOS Administration course that is 3 weeks long, then to TDLS or "Teedles" for a week, then possibly two TMA courses. Basically I will be able to teach every course that my routing number offers. About 8 of them:

for you Radar guys:
A.R.T.S. IIIA Data Processing Subsystem
HID/NAS/LAN
TDLS
Solaris for NAS
Unix for NAS
Fundamentals of Internetworking
TCP/IP
Cisco Routers for NAS
TMA C&S
TMA System Admin

<sigh>

life is good
