A while back i tried emailing them about some stuff, actually i emailed the tech and sales department and i didnt get an email back from either of them. Your best bet is to just call them. CaptionPioneer bought 2 assassins from them and he said that their service was superb. I think it says on there site that it is best to just call them... i think that is the site that says it, i dont remember for sure.

Yea i did purchase those 2 subs and they are great ppl over there... they got right on my order and they came within a week to my door. Also they pack their equipment amazingly. I heard the 10"s today with a Hifonics txi6406 4 ch Class A/B amp... They sound great!! Really do... they reccoment .7cuft per sub sealed and they sound excellent in them... very punchy sound and no distortion through high frequency notes around 150+hz... Even down low they are pretty efficient... I was able to play Late Night Tip by 36 mafia and it tried to hit their low note and succeeded without bottoming out at all! Although they are best operated at around 35 hz to about 75hz... Great subs for the money and they do get decently loud for what they are.
