I get this call earlier, its my grandma and shes crying, my great aunt is at the ER and they suspect shes had a heart attack...

About 30 mins later I get a call from my pregant sister, she's at another hospital, seems her blood sugar levels are sky high (shes a diabetic and doesnt watch whats she eats.)

Then about 30 mins after that I get a call from my other sister, my moms blood pressure is low and wont come back up, so I go over there and we take her to the hospital.

So yeah, it's been a fantasic last few hours.

wow.... im sorry man. i hope everything works out fine and they're all okay. try not to get too stressed out tho.

I havent found out anything about my great aunt yet, I'm assuming since nobody has called she is doing ok.

My sisters blood sugar is always sky high, she doesnt take care of herself... The pregancy is very high risk, the baby more than likely wont make it.

My moms is feeling alot better now, she'll more than likely get to come home tonight. She has a whole slew of health problems, mainly her kidneys... The doctor told her about 4 years ago she had about one year until she had to go on dialysis, now not only is she NOT on dialysis, but her kidney are actually improving... :happy055: The doctor just switch around some of her meds so we think thats the reason her blood pressure dropped, probably have to switch them back around.

hmmm wow... i would totally ask my brother about that stuff seeing as he is a Nurse, i know very little about Hospitals other than every time i go there i hate the Elevators they just creep me out

Well, they just released my mother, it was something to do with her meds, all test came back good...

I talked to my sister, they said they are going to keep her until probably monday, then they'll probably ship her to St. Johns in STL. They are going to set her up with a diet plan and get her health in order before they send her home, this is what she needed the whole time. They also checked out the baby, they said so far its doing good... If she keeps her sugar and blood pressure in check the baby might just stand a decent chance.

As for my great aunt, she is doing well also... She didnt actually have a heart attack, but she was close... Some of her levels were to high, but she'll probably get out tomorrow.

All and all nobody died so I'm happy... :happy055:

i know how you feel man, my mom had a heart attack last Sunday, and has been at the hospital since.. she had to have open heart surgery Tuesday.. doctors didnt know what it was at first, and at the hospital she had another heart attack.. it sucks.. and its weird.. she ate healthy for the most part, was active..etc.. but thats how it goes.. at first she was barely hangin in there, but she is doin alot better.. talking, moving..etc..although they think she is getting pneumonia, so hopefully she doesnt get it.. because if she does it will be harder and harder to recover..

that sucks scarrell. hope evrything is goign to tur out alright with that.
