Anyone ever have a Hifonics Z500D

Looking at a hifonics z500d to power my 500 watt 12" sub(alpine typr-r).It will be wired to 2 ohm for the amp. Wondering if this amp would be decent, I think its an older Zeus model. The z500d puts out 500x1 @ 2 ohms. Other candidates for an amp is the z1000d puts out 750x1 @ 2 ohm and the bx1000d puts out 500x1 @ 2 ohms.
