I saw that a couple people own the Panasonic Ghost head units..I was wondering if anyone who has owned them or has had experience with them would reccomend them and if so, what are some pros/cons of the unit. I'm a pioneer fan, but I would definitely take that Panasonic into consideration. Also if anyone knows a place to buy one for a decent price..go ahead and give me a link.

There's nothing wrong with Panasonic. Most of the time you can get more out of other brands for the same amount of money (same thing with JVC). I've never personally cared for Panasonic's looks or their features, so I never look into them.

Actually the MXE 9800 puts out 60W/rms per crutchfield and panasonic. Crutchfield is always good about listing rms/peak power differences

Performance Digital High-Power Amp: The Panasonic CQ-C9800U (MXE) is equipped with a Performance Digital high-power amplifier which produces 60 watts per channel RMS and 70 watts per channel peak. A digital amp uses high-speed current switching which results in cooler operation, allowing higher power without increasing the size of the heatsink.

Yes they are, but what was stated above is that the power rating listed via crutchfield was the sum of all 4 channels, and not 60 rms/ channel.

(Which it is, 60 Rms/70 Peak per channels(4)).
