What is a real life example of kinetics taking place? try to think of analogie sto real life, not just chemistry happening in the real world.

This is one of my analysis questions from yet another pointless chemistry lab. And I'm not a great chemist, so would anyone like to help me out here? thnaks

If I remember correctly, kinetics is energy in motion. It has been a while since I've had any 'hard' science classes like chemistry, biology, etc. so I may be off.

I would think an example of kinetics in real life would be something along the lines of an object moving, such as a leaf falling or an animal running. Hopefully that helps :confused
