are there any low profile cd players out there? the cd player in my dad's stock focus (fuckin car is less then a year old) will not accept discs any more so i may need to replace it for him (since i was the last person to use it!). if i was to do so, i want to get him something simple and low-profile. don't need any big stupid chrome buttons and knobs or anything that lights up in 80 different colors...inexpensive is a big deal here. doesn't have to have a bunch of features.. he uses stock speakers and will continue using them until they die...

maybe justin can help. have sinec you are a member of a focus forum, have you heard of anyone having problems with the stock radio? i don't see how i could have broke it.. i put the cd in, played, and pressed eject.

they got the pioneer 2800 or even the 1800, both should be less than $100. no flap or motorized face. just slide the cd right in.

Shouldn't it still be under warranty? Take it to the dealerand get a new one, it is covered.

I just got this one for my dad, and he absolutely loves it:
